Q. Do you take insurance?

A. No, at this time I do not take insurance plans, and I do not plan to. However, you CAN use your FSA and HSA for my services.

Q. Do you see patients outside of Colorado?
A. At this time, I am focused only on seeing patients in Colorado; however, I am licensed to see patients in Oregon as well.

Q. Do I need any special equipment for this program?
A. A phone, a scale and the courage to start.

Q. What are your credentials? Are you a doctor?

A. I am not a doctor, I am an APRN, an advanced practicing registered nurse, AKA an NP. I am a Master's prepared clinician in health care focused on all ages- health and weight loss just happen to be my passion.

Q. How do I get ahold of you if I become a patient?
Texting, email, phone call or homing pigeon. I am still learning to read smoke signals. You can try postal mail but I may take a week to get back to you.

Q. What makes you different than the rest of the telehealth weight loss clinics?

A. I'm fat. 

Kidding, but I am. I've been obese most of my adult life so I know the body dysmorphia, judgement, diet, scale- phobia etc. While I am happy to help with medical weight loss, I think I've also got a pretty good listening ear; with that said though, I will also push you out of your comfort zone so be prepared for some hard talks as well. Additionally I'm very accessible. I'm here to be more than your provider, but I'm here to walk the journey with you.
