Born and raised in Colorado, this is my home and community.

 

I'm Kelly- a nurse practitioner and provider; but so much more. I'm a wife, a mom, a sister, a best friend, a daughter and a little bit of a nerd.​ I'm also obese.

My personal weight adventure has included diet, exercise, starving, binging, everything in between. I had the gastric sleeve in 2019, lost 75 pounds AND kept it off for a year; however, I lacked support and my poor habits crept back and I gained back 40 pounds- so when my slogan "for you, by someone like you" pops up, I mean it!  I am truly passionate about helping others in a similar position, without judgement.

 

As a nurse practitioner, most of my experience has been working in urgent care as well as primary care. My passion is people, and my sub-passion is weight loss and helping my patients on their journey.
