I'm a nurse practitioner and I'm obese- but like you, I'm trying to change that.

Unlike many other weight-loss clinics, I have a personal investment- I've been where you are. I have been over-weight for 20+ years despite best efforts. I have struggled with looking in mirrors, the fad diets (here's looking at you, Keto), exercise, comparing myself to others and all the other "stuff". 

 

I get it. ​

Why am I doing this?

Because even as a provider, finding someone to personalize a weight loss program for me, or the big corporate programs were sometimes difficult, impersonal and expensive.

So, I figured I'd do it myself and help others in the same boat.​​​​
